Policies & House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival: No refund.

4. House Rules

No smoking inside the apartments. No pets allowed unless previously arranged. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5. Liability

Lexaren Luxury Apartments is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
